Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accepting these Terms, you agree to the rules governing use of Desloper and confirm that you are at least 16. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it.

2. Service

Desloper sends your draft and optional style direction to an AI provider, then returns an editorial review and revised text. The result is a suggestion, not professional, factual, legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it and provide the service. If you separately opt into research, you also permit the stated 90-day research use. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit personal or third-party content.

4. Your responsibilities

• Review every output before relying on or publishing it.
• Do not use the service unlawfully, to harm others, to overload or bypass limits, or to process malware.
• Do not submit highly confidential data, account credentials, or unlawful material.
• Preserve required attribution and disclose AI assistance when law, contract, platform rules, or context requires it.

5. AI limitations

AI can omit, invent, distort, or overstate information and can alter meaning despite preservation checks. Slop scores are editorial estimates, not authorship determinations. Desloper does not promise detector evasion or that a result was written by a human.

6. Availability and changes

The free service has per-IP and global limits and may be paused, changed, or discontinued. We may update these Terms; material changes require renewed acceptance.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Desloper is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or mandatory consumer rights.

8. Termination and law

You may stop using the service at any time. We may block abusive use. These Terms do not override mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
